Accessibility

Our approach

This is a small consultancy site, not a large-scale platform — so rather than claim a formal accessibility conformance level we haven't independently audited, here's a plain account of what's actually built in, and where the gaps are. We'd rather be accurate than impressive.

What's in place today

• Skip to content. Every page has a "Skip to content" link as the first focusable element, so keyboard and screen reader users don't have to tab through the full navigation menu on every page.
• Keyboard navigation. The whole site — including the Services and Case Studies dropdown menus — is operable by keyboard alone, with visible focus outlines on links, buttons, and form fields as you tab through.
• Labelled forms. Every field on our Contact form has a proper associated label, not just placeholder text, so screen readers announce what each field is for.
• Meaningful alt text. Images that convey information (like our logo) carry descriptive alt text; purely decorative icons are marked so screen readers skip over them instead of announcing noise.
• Icon-only controls are labelled. Buttons that show only an icon — the menu toggle, the "copy email" buttons — carry an aria-label describing what they do.
• Semantic structure. Pages use proper heading hierarchy and HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) rather than generic styled boxes, so assistive technology can navigate by structure.
• Responsive by default. The site reflows for any screen size and supports browser zoom without loss of content or function — no fixed-width layouts to fight against.
• No video or audio content. There's nothing on this site today that would need captions or transcripts — if that changes, we'll add them.

What we're still working on

In the interest of being straight about it rather than glossing over it:

• We haven't run a formal WCAG audit (automated or with assistive-technology users) against this site — the practices above are built in by design, not verified against a checklist yet.
• Our Capability Overview PDF hasn't been separately checked for screen-reader tagging. If you need it in an accessible format, contact us and we'll sort out an alternative.
• The Free IAM Health Check SoD Conflict Spot-Check RBAC vs ABAC Fit Assessment tool and the Cal.com booking widget on our Contact page are interactive components we built or embed — we've tested them with a keyboard, but not yet with a screen reader end to end.

Third-party content

Where this site embeds a third party — the Cal.com booking widget, or fonts served by Google Fonts — the accessibility of that specific component is governed by that provider, not by us. See our Privacy Policy for what each of those involves.
